Nothing Excluded

Without seeking escape

or being stuck,

without grasping or avoiding

without turning

what comes and goes

into something fixed,

into something apart,

into something against –

just so,

nothing is excluded,

the end

of any sense

of separation

at the root

of anxiety, dissatisfaction

and all other forms

of dis-ease.
