Not What’s Thought

You’re afraid of what they think,

what they think about you,

what they think about you

that’s wrong, unfair.

They don’t get you,

how you see yourself.

But maybe you,

and they,

are far more than

each of you think –

in fact, you

and each and every other

are boundless, each

just in your thrown-ness.

That means that they

who castigate you unfairly,

just in castigating you unfairly,

also are boundless

From this vantage point,

how do you proceed?
